We offer 3M and WorkSafeBC compliant qualitative mask fit testing.

Our instructors are highly experienced in testing and can conduct the full process in as little as 15 minutes.

If you are located in Abbotsford, or anywhere in the Fraser Valley area feel free to contact us to book a time at our #212-2825 Clearbrook Road location.

Please note: This is a qualitative mask fit testing. If your employer requires a quantitative test, please call us and we can assist in finding a location suitable for your needs.

  • KN95 Masks (Please confirm with your employer or school if these are accepted)
  • Half and Full Respiratory Protection Masks
  • Other Workplace-Required Masks

Our fit tests are conducted in accordance with CSA and NIOSH standards.

Fit Testing Devices and Mask Options:
We conduct qualitative fit tests for:

  • N95 and KN95 Respiratory Masks
  • Half and Full Respiratory Masks

If you require fit testing for a mask outside of these options, please contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. You’ll be responsible for supplying any mask not listed above.

Requirements for Fit Testing:
To ensure accurate and effective mask fit testing:

  • Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum within 15 minutes before your appointment.
  • All facial hair that may interfere with a proper seal of the mask must be removed before the test can occur. If you have facial hair in this manner, you will be informed and the test will be canceled (As per regulations).
  • If you are required to wear other personal protective equipment (e.g., ear protection, safety goggles, etc.), in the performance of your work, please bring these with you. We may ask you to wear these while performing the test.
  • All masks being tested must meet CSA, NIOSH, or CE requirements. If there is an absence of proper markings on the mask, we will be unable to fit test you with that device.
  • If we are testing a respirator with particulate filter, please bring the filters with you and ensure they are not expired, we presently do not carry spares.
